He was very professional and didn’t cut corners – e.g. it would have been easy to tile over waterproofing despite pinholes and save himself a Saturday but he did the right thing and reproofed. He turned up when he said he would and if there were unforseen delays,  he let me know in a timely manner.  I have recommended your service to a Real Estate agency, my neighbour and another  friend.  Advice was spot on – the tiles on the floor are great and the wall tiles almost match the others.
