I acknowledge that buildings are prone to movement which may cause the grout to crack, split or separate from wall junctions. This is not covered under warranty.

As managing agent, real estate, we acknowledge that we will pay invoiced amount within 7 days or notify owners that any discounts STRICTLY only applies for invoices paid within 7 days of completed works. If funds are not available, owner is to pay directly before due date. We acknowledge there is no extensions on discounted price. Any discounts will be void day after invoice due and full price is payable. We accept these terms are non-negotiable and will not be waived under circumstances. Failure to pay in full, including any late fees and/or voided discounts will void warranty. If you do not agree to our payment terms, please do not book in our service.

1. Payments are strictly 7 days unless agreed otherwise. Any discounts if applicable will be void day after invoice due and is non negotiable, a new invoice will be sent for full amount. 2. Any additional works to be quoted onsite. 3. Jobs cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a fee of $195. 4. Unless re-tiling, all works completed are superficial, therefore there may be pre-existing damages to internal of walls which can cause movement over time, as this is out of our control, should you find our seal separates from wall/floor junctions or crack, the only long-term solution will be to waterproof and retile. 5. As we are not plumbers before commencement of our service we recommend engaging a plumber to inspect all pipes to the wet areas as Elite Showers will not be responsible for any plumbing leaks from pipes or floor waste before or after service completed. 6. Elite Showers is not responsible for, leak through shower screens including factory seals, mould, timber, carpet, gyprock, painting, deterioration not visible at time of the quote and any damages that occurs after the service is completed. 7. Elite Showers warranty period commences from date of service, provided invoice paid in full including any late fees and any voided discounts. Unpaid late fees void warranty claims until invoice paid in full. 8. The warranty is conditional upon the shower not being used for 24 hours after the service. 9. Building movement, physical damage and further substrate moving, silicone or epoxy separation from walls, grout discoloration or mould excluded from warranty. 10. Should shower continue to leak or in the future and the cause is related to shower screen, you will need to engage in a shower screen company as we will charge a service call fee of $195 to return. 11. As per BCA & AS 3958.1 standards, grout and sealants come with a 2-year warranty. Waterproofing membrane is 7 years. As per statutory laws we offer 2-year workmanship warranty. 12. A fee of $195 is payable should we return after the service and leak is not covered under warranty. 13. Full Terms of Trade, Warranty can be found on our website. 14. Engaging in our services will deem your acceptance of these terms. These terms are not negotiable unless agreed upon in writing.

I understand and accept that unless a minimum of 48 hours notice is given for cancellations and if a technician cannot proceed with the job for any reason there is a $195 call out charge payable by the client.
