Are We Supplying Tiles

As we are retiling the shower and unable to use the existing tiles, it is impossible to match the existing the tiles. We will only use tiles that are in stock and provide best possible match but accept no responsibility for tile choice as we commonly use white tiles to create a cleaner looking appearance. Please advise before commencement of works if owner is supplying tiles as these need to be onsite from day one. Failure to have tiles onsite will delay the job and incur a rescheduling fee of $195

I acknowledge that buildings are prone to movement which may cause the grout to crack, split or separate from wall junctions. This is not covered under warranty.
Payment Terms

Payments are strictly same day as service. Any discounts if applicable will be void day after service completed and is non negotiable, a new invoice will be sent day after completed service. Should accounts remain unpaid after 7 days from date of the service a late fee of $125 will apply. Accounts overdue by 21 days will trigger the debt collection process and all fees will be payable by the customer. If you do not agree to our payments terms, please do not book in our service.

1. Any additional works to be quoted onsite. 2. Jobs cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a fee of $195. 3. As we are not plumbers before commencement of our service we recommend engaging a plumber to inspect all pipes to the wet areas as Elite Showers will not be responsible for any plumbing leaks from pipes or floor waste before or after service completed. 4. Elite Showers is not responsible for, leak through shower screens including factory seals, mould, timber, carpet, gyprock, painting, deterioration not visible at time of the quote and any damages that occurs after the service is completed. 5. Elite Showers warranty period commences from date of service, provided invoice paid in full including any late fees and any voided discounts. Unpaid late fees void warranty claims until invoice paid in full. 6. The warranty is conditional upon the shower not being used for 24 hours after the service. 7. Building movement, physical damage and further substrate moving, silicone or epoxy separation from walls, grout discoloration or mould excluded from warranty. 8. Should shower continue to leak or in the future and the cause is related to shower screen, you will need to engage in a shower screen company as we will charge a service call fee of $195 to return. 9. As per BCA & AS 3958.1 standards, grout and sealants come with a 2-year warranty. Waterproofing membrane is 7 years. As per statutory laws we offer 2-year workmanship warranty. 10. A fee of $195 is payable should we return after the service and leak is not covered under warranty. 11. Full Terms of Trade, Warranty can be found on our website. 12. Engaging in our services will deem your acceptance of these terms. These terms are not negotiable unless agreed upon in writing.

I authorise Elite Showers Pty Ltd to proceed with works specified in the quote. I understand the shower must be clean and not used for 24 hours prior to and after the service. I understand and accept that unless a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for cancellations and if a technician cannot proceed with the job for any reason there is a $195 call out charge payable by the client.
