There was no “I’ll be there sometime between 9 and 2,” The tilers organised a specific times, worked around my schedule, and showed up when they said they were going to. They were both efficient, detailed, professional, friendly, and told me exactly what they would be doing each day (my shower was not a simple one). Best of all though, they did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to find me tiles that matched the rest of my bathroom floor.
