Thank you!
Great communication and service. Highly recommended.
Great customer service and technicians attention to detail and work ethic was absolutely outstanding
My shower had been leaking for quite some time – within one week of making initial contact my shower is now fixed. The guy who came and fixed my shower was informative very friendly and arrived on time, highly recommended.
Simon did a terrific job. He was very professional and didn’t cut corners – e.g. it would have been easy to tile over waterproofing despite pinholes and save himself a Saturday but he did the right thing and reproofed. He turned up when he said he would and if there were unforseen delays, he let me know in a timely manner. I have recommended your service to a Real Estate agency, my neighbour and another friend. Advice was spot on – the tiles on the floor are great and the wall tiles almost match the others. Thank-you for a wonderful service and for your reliability
Regards,
Pam
From the initial call out and the efficient quoting process, to the high quality work, Elite were a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them.
It was a pleasure dealing with Simon of Elite Showers. Thoroughly professional from quote to completion and no surprises approach to job. We undertook a full renovation to our bath and couldn’t be happier with the result – from quality of workmanship to time to completion and staying on budget – highly recommend Elite.
I highly recommend Elite Showers. There was no “I’ll be there sometime between 9 and 2,” The tilers organised a specific times, worked around my schedule, and showed up when they said they were going to. They were both efficient, detailed, professional, friendly, and told me exactly what they would be doing each day (my shower was not a simple one). Best of all though, they did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to find me tiles that matched the rest of my bathroom floor. Now my shower doesn’t leak, and the water flows into the drain instead of pooling in the corner like it used to. Thank you for saving my shower!!
My showers look amazing!
I am so pleased with the communication and professionalism.
Never late and so tidy and clean.
The price was worth it and yet not expensive.
Both techs have done an amazing job – we will not hesitate to spread the word and recommend your company!
Outstanding Service So pleased with the service provided to our shower. While we had a few other companies inspect, we chose Elite Showers as from the 1st phone call to the job being quoted, Staff was friendly and unlike others, I was asked many questions to ensure we saved money and didn’t get quoted for things that didn’t need doing. We were over the moon with the prompt efficient service. Once job was completed the bathroom was left spotless and shower looks new again. Thank you Elite.

Shilpa Thanks for doing such an amazing job on our shower. You can imagine my dismay when I realised my shower was leaking so close to Christmas. Team were so helpful and were able to accommodate us urgently prior to Christmas. They were completely professional, even removing their shoes when walking through the house. They were quick, efficient and the difference in my showers was immense. We really appreciated the pride that they took in completing the job properly and neatly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again ourselves. Their customer service was exemplary, their workmanship spectacular and were always prompt and professional.
Thanks so much to the team at Elite Showers.
