Tech from Elite Showers fixed my leaking shower recess problem very efficiently. Both in the planning of the job and its execution, he provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Thanks for doing such an amazing job on our shower. You can imagine my dismay when I realised my shower was leaking so close to Christmas. Team were so helpful and were able to accommodate us urgently prior to Christmas. They were completely professional, even removing their shoes when walking through the house. They were quick, efficient and the difference in my showers was immense. We really appreciated the pride that they took in completing the job properly and neatly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again ourselves. Their customer service was exemplary, their workmanship spectacular and were always prompt and professional.

Your technician, was not only punctual in his arrival, but finishing the work on time, leaving the area neat and tidy. He is a very friendly and polite person, who conducted himself quite professionally. We are very impressed and satisfied with the quality of his work and the finished result. We have a really old bathroom and after the service was carried out I was so impressed, it was like a new shower again. Technician was on time and very polite. I felt very comfortable with leaving him in the house while I went to work. The whole experience with Elite Showers was nothing but positive.

Simon did a terrific job. He was very professional and didn’t cut corners – e.g. it would have been easy to tile over waterproofing despite pinholes and save himself a Saturday but he did the right thing and reproofed. He turned up when he said he would and if there were unforseen delays,  he let me know in a timely manner.  I have recommended your service to a Real Estate agency, my neighbour and another  friend.  Advice was spot on – the tiles on the floor are great and the wall tiles almost match the others. Thank-you for a wonderful service and for your reliability
