Simon did a terrific job. He was very professional and didn’t cut corners – e.g. it would have been easy to tile over waterproofing despite pinholes and save himself a Saturday but he did the right thing and reproofed. He turned up when he said he would and if there were unforseen delays,  he let me know in a timely manner.  I have recommended your service to a Real Estate agency, my neighbour and another  friend.  Advice was spot on – the tiles on the floor are great and the wall tiles almost match the others. Team were so helpful and were able to accommodate us urgently prior to Christmas. They were completely professional, even removing their shoes when walking through the house. Definitely recommend Elite. After 7 years of my parents veranda leaking they changed the face of their house from blue to white due to the concrete staining. I asked Elite to come around and look at it, it was fixed within a few hours my parents are extremely happy
