Team were so helpful and were able to accommodate us urgently prior to Christmas. They were completely professional, even removing their shoes when walking through the house. They were quick, efficient and the difference in my showers was immense. We really appreciated the pride that they took in completing the job properly and neatly. We have a really old bathroom and after the service was carried out I was so impressed, it was like a new shower again. Technician was on time and very polite. I love my new shower. Its gone from being old and mouldy to looking new again. What a fantastic job. The service was explained in detail and they turned up on time, which is rare these days. Simon did a terrific job. He was very professional and didn’t cut corners – e.g. it would have been easy to tile over waterproofing despite pinholes and save himself a Saturday but he did the right thing and reproofed. He turned up when he said he would and if there were unforseen delays,  he let me know in a timely manner.  I have recommended your service to a Real Estate agency, my neighbour and another  friend.  Advice was spot on – the tiles on the floor are great and the wall tiles almost match the others.
